- When will I receive my order?
- Thank you for your participation in the Cheerios S'well Promotion. Due to its overwhelming success and worldwide supply chain and carrier delays, unfortunately the Cheerios S'well Snack Cereal Bowls will arrive later than we had planned. With these delays, you should receive your bowl by September 2, 2022. But rest assured, the bowls are on their way and you will receive an email with your tracking number once it ships from our warehouse. Please allow 3-9 days once your bowl ships for delivery. If you still have questions, please reach out to the General Mills Customer Service Team. Thank you for your patience.
- Will I receive an email when my bowl ships?
- Yes, you will receive an email with tracking once your bowl ships. Please allow 3-9 days once your bowl ships for delivery.
- How do I enter?
- Make a single purchase that includes at least three (3) of the qualifying products below between 12/10/21 - 3/31/22. Be sure to keep your receipt. Then, before 4/15/22 visit https://www.happyheartscheerios.com/ and follow the directions to register first and upload an image of your receipt to the website.

- What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?
- The product purchase date and timestamp must be within 12/10/21 - 3/31/22 of receipt upload for the purchases to be considered eligible. Before 4/15/22 visit https://www.happyheartscheerios.com/ and follow the directions to register first and upload an image of your receipt to the website.
- Will a credit card receipt be accepted as a purchase receipt?
- Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
- I received an email that said my receipt was rejected. What should I do?
- Follow the instructions within your emails to either make a new purchase or take a new photo of your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear and shows the retailer, contains a valid product, purchase date and timestamp, the purchase price and receipt total and has not already been previously accepted.
- How many offers can I get?
- You may receive 2 total offers per household.
- What is the offer for this promotion?
- One (1) S’well S’nack Cereal Bowl per validated receipt.

- For Fraud Prevention, what is the review process?
- Our security team reviews all suspicious receipts. Any fraudulent submissions or use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, or PO Boxes to obtain additional rewards or rebates will be disqualified and may violate federal or state laws.
- I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
- I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact us here and provide your updated information.
